What are the 8 in 1?
1. Pre-filter — Captures large particles of household dust, hair, pet hair.
2. HEPA filter — Removes viruses, bacteria, spores and molds up to a size as small as 0.3 micron.
3. Photocatalyst filter — Combined with UV light rays, the catalyst (titanium dioxide) produces highly reactive hydroxyl radicals (OH) which combine aggressively with other harmful elements in the air such as bacteria, odor and Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), effectively oxidizing and decomposing the pollutants into harmless carbon dioxide and water (CO2 and H2O).
4. UV light — UV light radiation with the wavelength of 254nm is germicidal in action. It is used to sterilize the air particles by killing harmful micro-organisms, pathogens, viruses and molds. Each of the two UV lamps can last up to a maximum of 20000 hours.
